Pan fried salmon with Mediterranean salad

What you'll need 4 salmon fillets 200g semi dried tomatoes 1/4 C walnuts 2 tbs macadamia oil 50g olives 2 C mixed lettuce leaves | How to make it Pan fry salmon in a large frying pan with macadamia oil. Toss leaves with tomatoes, olives, walnuts and macadamia oil. Flip salmon after 10 minutes and fry on the other side until cooked through. Divide salad into 4 serving bowls and top with salmon fillet. |
